REFUND POLICY

pokihasportswear.com holds the authority to decline return requests for items sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a state differing from their original shipped condition. Should you need to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—you may bundle them in a single box. A key requirement: all return forms must be included. Without these forms, refunds cannot be processed properly.

pokihasportswear.com only accepts returns of original products that remain in their unopened packaging and are undamaged.

Once we receive your return in good condition, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you provided. Note that credit card refunds are always subject to the policies of the credit card issuer, and returns or refunds may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframe.
